As Director of Human Resources, Melissa supports the company’s winning culture through the selection, onboarding, training, development, and retention of its talent. Prior to G&M, she served as a Senior Professional Development Specialist at Portfolio Recovery Associates, a Learning & Talent Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield, and a Consultant at Wonderlic, Inc. Melissa completed her Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Zoe, walking her dog Lily, reading a good book, playing volleyball, and enjoying a good craft beer.
